Share US Open Tennis Betting Tips For Chance To Win Share Of Over £5000 Cash

It’s US Open time, one more grand slam event to go for the year and as usual OLBG members have been discussing the most likely winners and the best bets. There is normally plenty of debate over the best TENNIS BETTING TIPS but it seems this year most are in agreement so anyone going against popular opinion will have a great chance of winning their share of the OLBG Tipping Competition prizes with over £5000 in cash and over £2000 in free bets on offer.

First of all who is going to struggle? OLBG members haven’t been shy in taking on reigning champion Andy Murray despite his recent Wimbledon success or recent Cincinnati winner Rafael Nadal. The general consensus on OLBG for Andy Murray appears to be that his best performances in tournaments come when getting lucky with the draw and avoiding the better players before the final whilst even his final wins have come into question with the belief that his opponents have been below par when they’ve met him. As for Nadal, most OLBG members believe he is much better on clay than harder surfaces these days but at least one tipster has made a case for Nadal in the OLBG Tipping Competition. ‘Mallablue’ simply states that Nadal has only lost 3 times all year, he’s already beaten Federer and Djokovic on hard courts this year and he won this tournament back in 2010.

The player most agree about is the early favourite Novak Djokovic, who is available at around 15/8 with most bookies ahead of the opening matches. Everyone knows that Djokovic is a superstar but it seems that the weaknesses of other players are persuading punters that Djokovic is the most solid betting option. OLBG tipster ‘Systemsman’ is most keen on the favourite here because of his record on hard courts and also because Murray won’t have home advantage this time around like he had at Wimbledon. His only fear for Djokovic is that he has a poor record when losing the first set in a major final so if Djokovic reaches the final and wins the first set he’ll be having a decent bet on Djokovic in running. He thinks Nadal will be the main danger to Djokovic this year.

It is a bit of a rarity that one of the big four players (Djokovic/Nadal/Murray/Federer) is considered an outsider but Roger Federer’s poor recent form means he is only the fifth favourite currently at 14/1. Juan Martin Del Potro has leap frogged Federer into fourth favouritism attracting a quote of around 10/1 with most bookies. ‘Snoopydoo’ thinks Del Potro is worth a bet saying a player must be in peak physical form to win this whilst ‘Shedrule1983’ agrees that Del Potro is the pick out of the players at bigger odds.
