Outlook expert gezocht - Legion - 22-12-2008
Ik heb een vraagje over Outlook. Aangezien ik zelf Lotus Notes gewend ben weet ik vrij weinig van dit programma.Misschien iemand die me kan helpen hier?
Binnen Lotus Notes kan je voor emails welke je standaard iedere dag stuurt een stationary aanmaken. Zo hoef je niet iedere keer dezelfde tekst in te voeren of te kopieren + een adressenlijst toe te voegen. Wie weet hoe dit binnen Outlook moet? Met drafts lukt het niet want die zijn weg als je hem 1x hebt verstuurd.
Ik heb nog een beetje op internet gezocht en daar kwam ik iemand tegen met dezelfde vraag. Misschien dat dit duidelijker is
Does anyone know that if outlook has the similar mail template function just
like "stationery" function in LOTUS Notes, which I can save the message body
and recipient lists in a folder and later on use it to send out whenever I
need rather than typing recipients addresses and message body again and
again. The stationery item will always stay in the stationery folder.

Een collega van mij heeft ooit eens een Outlook-template gemaakt, een mail met daarin een soort standaard invulformulier.
Kan hem nu niet vragen, die heeft 2 weken vakantie.....

Het gaat om het attachment. Maar verder nog iets nuttigs te melden?

. Zo simpel is het inderdaad maar de tekst is wel wat uitgebreider + je zit met die adressenlijst. Zou mooi zijn als er een makkelijkere manier was.

Create a message form to use as a template
Create a new e-mail message. Add the recipient, subject, and message content that you use each time you send this type of message. Exclude information that will vary each time. On the Tools menu, point to Forms, and then click Publish Form As. In the Look in list, click Personal Forms Library. In the Display name box, type the name you want to appear in the list of forms. In the Form name box, type a name for the form if you want it to be different from the display name. Click Publish.
The next time you need to send this type of message, open it from the Personal Forms Library: on the File menu, point to New, and then click Choose Form. (Click Personal Forms Library in the Look in list, if necessary.) Send the form as is or add new information. (Outlook won't add the new information to the form template stored in the Personal Forms Library unless you republish the form.)
To add fields to your New Message form, you need to customize the form in the Outlook Forms design environment. For more information, see the Advanced Customization book in the Outlook Help table of contents.
Note Instead of publishing the form to your Personal Forms Library, you can save it as a template (.oft) file. However, a form saved this way takes longer to open, and it won't be available if you open your mailbox from another computer.

maar je zendt dus telkens aan dezelfde geadresseerden dezelfde bijlage. of telkens aan verschillende geadresseerden? maar dan moet je sowieso een nieuwe adressenlijst maken?
ik weet niet wat je bedoelt, maar ik wil gerust aan mijn secretaresse vragen hoe het moet. :razz:

Nee, iedere dag een ander attachment aan dezelfde geadresseerden. Ik zal voor jou volgende keer plaatjes bij het probleem plakken.
