Goalkeepers > Just train the skills that say (Gk) next to them (Strength may also be useful as even goalkeepers will lose fitness in a match)

Right, if you're in a bot team, it is fairly simple. Basically, you can just train as you go along, without having to worry about what team training is set as (Because there is none!).
If you are in a human team, it's slightly more complicated. Do you specialise in skills, or do you go along with team training as much as possible? It's about getting the balance right, but in this game a defender with 15 tackling and nothing else is not as good as a defender with only 10 tackling but some speed, passing, game vision and positioning.
