manager van redspiders mailde of ik bij hun kwam ballen...hij vertelde ook hun trainingsschema, thema-week wel aardig:

Misschien voor ontwikkeling zou je ook graag willen weten hoe de trainingsschema's bij ons zijn. Dit is eigenlijk heel gunstig voor iedereen, we hebben 3 weken een algemeen teamschema waaronder (spelinzicht koppen snelheid positiespel en passes ed) na deze 3 weken is er een thema week dat houdt in dat in die week 1 skill de hele week wordt getraint en je er 2-3 skillpunten in kan stijgen, dit zijn de skills die iedereen nodig heeft en waar we op dat moment wel een boost van kunnen krijgen in teambelang.

Al met al heeft dit de nummer 1 spits qua skills (Lukas Plovie) en nummer 1 MC (Kenneth Raeskin).Beide afkomstig van onze jeugdopleiding zeg maar.
