Nu weet ik niet meer exact hoeveel ervaringspunten een speler moet behalen om te stijgen. Het ligt volgens mij tussen de 24 en 28. Laten we voor de gein uitgaan van 24 ervaringspunten om te stijgen.

24 x 5 (0.2pnt voor int friendly) = 120 wedstrijden.

Zeg dat je gemiddeld elk seizoen tot beker ronde 4 komt, dan zou je 12 internationale vriendschappelijke wedstrijden per seizoen moeten spelen.

120 / 12 = 10 seizoenen.

Dan is hij na 2 1/2 seizoen aardig gedaald in zijn leiderschap (redelijk -> zwak) dat hij niet meer de moeite waard is. Denk dat je mijn antwoord wel weet of het de moeite waard is. Trouwens heeft hij wel een mooie leeftijd behaald. Ik zou hem alleen al houden om de record te verbreken.
