koude oorlog op ons forum is begonnen.... Feebey rules..
We've got a couple threads that are sort of about this, but lets get all the action going here. Lets take a look at the offseason moves that each team is making and talk a little more crap about who's going to be on top when the dust settles at the end of the year.
Here are the new players joining the FS Allstars:
Brian Birkedal (4044)
This Danish National Team winger is going to give us a big time presence on the left side. His skills are ideally suited for the style we play and he'll make the potent Allstar attack even more deadly with his dazzling runs and jaw dropping passes.
Patrik Tisza (2203)
The second coming of Puskas, this Hungarian forward is in a class by himslef. Don't hurt yourself trying to count all those skills, just be happy that you are alive during his reign of terror in Canada's top division.
Robbie Starr (4692)
This guy needs no introduction. You have seen him on the cover of magazines, you know what he can do. Now he's an Allstar, and Canada will never be the same. He won't need to adapt to Canada to be a weapon for our team, he's ready to go for our A squad now.
Rudie Bontekoning (1021)
This guy is the icing on our three layer forward cake. This man has skills that most can only dream of having one day. He is so good he doesn't even need to kick the ball to score, he can just concentrate real hard and it will find the back of the net. He is a phenomenon.
Those were the new faces who you have never seen before. I also have a couple of guys you might have forgotten about because they haven't suited up with the A squad yet. They are:
Misja Spiekeman (915)
This keeper is in a class by himself. No matter what Da Silva does, he will never be as good a keeper as Misja, no matter how well he trains. Its not possible. He's been around for a couple of weeks, so when the season starts he'll almost be ready to play. Expect a few clean sheets this season out of Misja.
Giel van de Poel (4269)
This guy has played a game for us, but he's still considered a late season addittion meant to bolster our team for the coming season. He's got stunning skills, and should be able to keep any forward he's guarding off the score sheet.
I'd also mention Scotty Brosnan, but he's not quite ready for prime time yet. These are new players you guys will be facing next season, and some of them are already mostly adapted to Canada. I really hope you all will enjoy spending the rest of your lives trailing the Allstars, because we cannot be stopped.
